The staff especially the reception are top notch, spoke english, helped breaak big bank otes into smaller ones, arranged transport and always acknowledged/greeted you. Room was a bit small compared to other 4 star hotels but still nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety of choices and fast replenishment of food. Hotel location is close to a lot of attractions, shopping and food options

Even though the room was on the smaller side, it was perfectly designed, had everything we needed, and was extremely clean. Comfort and attention to detail were evident everywhere. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, and we loved that the food included options from another country, adding a unique and memorable touch to the experience. Very clean room . Also very polite and helpful staff . Hotel was fantastic. However the airport immigration and flight with Vietnam Airlines was very poor . It falls short of the high standard of the hotel.

This is a great place to stay. The hotel is centrally located in old town. The staff, Quan, Cloud, Cara and Leo, provided exceptional lobby service. My first day at the hotel, I wasn’t sure if my pre booked tours would pick us up at the hotel. Quan called each tour company and ensured a pick up for us. The breakfast that was included with the room was fantastic. Everyday there was a variety of Asian and Western food choices. Absolutely delicious. Housekeeper came in everyday and cleaned the room. The room was spotless. I highly recommend this hotel.
