The apartment has a large room with 1 double bed & 1 single bed, TV, AC & a Vietnamese typical cabinet. Also it has a space in the back with a big Vietnamese typical clothes cabinet where you can put your stuffs . Guest can also use private kitchen with fridge and bathroom .
⭕The building area has a large ground that has been used as a play ground for the kids as well as parking area. You can see the neighbors playing badminton, football or even join them in the afternoon. Additionally, It's kept away from noise as the location is deep in the alley.
⭕Walking out of the 186 alley, right in front of you is the city's Botanical park, where you can enter free and discover people's leisure activities or just to breath fresh air. The neighbor area also has a historical imprint from war time, during operation Linebacker II by the USAF in 1972. It was a fallen body part of a B-52 shot down by NVA's anti aircraft missile and created a pond aftermath.
