Did not stay. Received notice that room had plumbing issues on the day of check in. They did move us to another hotel but it wasn’t that good. This is the second hotel in Vietnam that said they had room issues and could not accommodate on the day of check in. In general, unless you are staying at well known brand hotels best bet is to reserve one night and then spend about an hour walking around and checking other hotels if the one you reserved isn’t that good. We finally ended up at the Maya and it seems ok
