This place was amazing. So good that we are going back again at the end of our trip. The breakfast is amazing, the staff very helpful, it’s very quiet at night and the location is perfect!!! Highly recommend for solo or groups!

Our room was so small. It was okay for a night but I don’t think it would have worked for more than that. The shower was not separated with a curtain or door, which we have seen in other hotels but the issue is that it was right over the sink. Everything was wet after the shower was used, nothing could be kept on the sink. Overall just a very uncomfortable stay

The best asset of this hotel is the customer service you get especially from Tracy. Tracy went above and beyond. She was pleasant , professional, kind and super helpful. She had breakfast arranged for us because we have to leave before breakfast hours is available.

We expected more from the accommodations (no window, too basic) since we didn’t see any pictures of the rooms it was a surprise when we finally arrived. However, the staff was so pleasant, efficient and aiming to please and helpful it more than made up for the room deficiencies.

It’s in the heart of old town so it’s bound to be busy and noisy around the area. However the room and hotel was surprisingly quiet as the alley location provides a buffer for the noise. Tracy was very helpful providing information about the city

Had a great stay at Cosy Inn in the heart of Old Town of Hanoi. Everything is within walking distance. Originally booked a “superior double” which we found to be very small but we were able to upgrade to a “deluxe double” for small price difference. If you have the choice, book the larger room! Nice breakfast with hot and cold options provided. Staff very friendly and always willing to help. You won’t be sorry booking here.

This hotel was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter! It was right in the middle of everything, but tucked back into an alleyway so that it was still quiet at night. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were all so nice and helpful, and the breakfast was great with a very nice view of the city.

Tracy,John and all the staff will do everything to make you feel comfortable and welcome. This hotel is just off a busy, lively street down a short passage and has all the facilities you would need. The breakfast is cooked to order and very good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Hanoi for the price. The service provided by the staff was excellent and the breakfast offered was made fresh and to order. Near major tourist attentions and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was my first time traveling solo and this hotel made me feel so comfortable! They arranged for me to be picked up at the airport and they came and greeted me at the door to make sure I got in comfortably. Had an early check in with no issues. Tracy arranged a walking food tour for me, my transport to my next location on Cat Ba Island as well as a tour while I'm there! Love this place so much I booked it again for when I come through Hanoi to fly back home. 10/10 for everything from staff, cleanliness and location! No question, book this hotel!!
