The staff are very attentive. They always asked the afternoon before about the breakfast options. Breakfast room delivery is on the dot. Cleaning service personnel are meticulous and respectable about my privacy. The front desk staff are very helpful. They help me with local restaurant choices, booking my rides and getting touch with my local contacts. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Excellent place to stay in a city. The room was spacious and clean. The AC made the heat of the day seem like a half forgotten memory. Not to mention the staff, always friendly, with big smiles, and happy to accommodate any reasonable request you may ask them. 10/10 would stay again. This is a good one.

Best place to stay in Hanoi. Excellent staff and wonderful facility. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel but want it more personal. I will return when I visit Hanoi again.

Cozy apartment-style hotel. Friendly staff & clean room. Great for long stays. Room is equipped with a microwave, stove, and washer machine. However, you have to hang dry your clothes. AC blows cold & free Netflix.Lots of cafes nearby for morning coffee. About 20 minutes to the center. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite not having a view (no window/balcony) since we booked standard.
