Recently built, with current and elegant design and decoration, as well as amenities such as centralised air conditioning and private parking. It has 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (one of them en suite), the main bedroom has a dressing room. Living-dining room with large windows facing the pool, well-equipped kitchen and laundry area. Outside there is an outdoor dining area, barbecue, pool, shower and sunbeds.
