We had this home booked well in advance and were traveling hours from home to attend a paid conference. Within 2 hours check-in, while we were already en route, the host abruptly canceled our reservation.We were left stranded in an unfamiliar area with virtually no time to secure alternative lodging. Because of this last-minute cancellation, we were forced to drive back home and miss the second day of the conference we had already paid for.This created significant financial loss and stress for our family.I cannot recommend booking with this host, as reliability is critical when you are traveling with commitments and family.
