Country cottage with fenced yard. Open floor plan with separate bedroom. Located approximately 6 miles outside of Harper, half an hour to Fredericksburg and Kerrville. This is a working ranch with sheep, dogs, horses and donkeys, so please understand that you might have a large fluffy Pyrenees greet you upon arrival, and they are known to bark at night while keeping predators away. You might get dirty. Owners live on property but respect privacy. They are there to answer any questions. Plenty of space to take walks and enjoy quiet rural life. Carport parking available for one vehicle. Open to discuss bringing your horse(s). No pets unless approved by owners, no smoking or vaping. Starlink Wi-Fi available. No cryptocurrency mining allowed.
