Spend your days unwinding on the wraparound porch, where mornings begin with coffee and the sound of seabirds overhead, afternoons invite alfresco dining in the salty breeze, and evenings end with the setting sun casting beautiful hues of orange, pink, and purple over the fields down to the water.

Inside, the cottage features an open-concept living and dining area designed for comfort and connection. Relax with a good book, gather for a classic Maine lobster bake, or enjoy your favorite drink while taking in the coastal views. The charming kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. A full bathroom, located just off the kitchen, is currently being renovated and will be completed prior to the season (replacing the clawfoot tub with a traditional shower).

Four inviting bedrooms are located down the hall: one with a queen bed, a second with a full bed, a third with two twin beds, and the fourth with a single twin — offering flexible accommodations for family and friends.

Just down the road, the neighborhood dock provides easy access to the water for swimming and kayaking adventures. You'll love exploring Uncle Pete's Community Market, the Dolphin Marina & Restaurant, Erica's Seafood and more, just a short drive away.
