I was literally at this place about an hour and seen 3 ROACHES. We checked out and left. The person that Own’s this property own the motel next to it also. When I checked out and informed Expedia they had ROACHES they lied and told them We stayed the whole night and checked out that morning. I don’t know about any of you but I don’t do bugs that like to come home with you. This place said they have a no refund policy so now they are ripping people off knowing if someone saw ROACHES they are not staying. And that OYO owner is not going to return there money. This happened the weekend of 8/8/2025 NASTY!!!!!!!

Old run down property. Only stayed one night so not terrible but it’s as clean as you can get it but cockroaches on the wall need to taken care of
First room we were given was filthy and smelled of weed and cigarettes. Other guests looked long term and were not friendly. Second room was also filthy, stained sheets, moldy bathroom, and in disrepair.

Have stayed before but probably won't again. Front desk super friendly and accommodating but property is getting worn and outside areas are dirty. Other choices nearby.
Walked in room and within minutes seen roach on bed, bathroom wall and floor by bed. You could smell the roach smell when walking in. Staff seemed concwrn d got us set up in their sister property which was much better, beside pool and office; seen no insects or anything evidence of
Beds were not comfy at all. And is it normal to have "half pillows"? Front desk was nice, but for the price i think the rooms need some updating. The electrical looking mess was repurted to front desk.
I would not recommend this hotel to no one. Roaches crawling along the baseboards. The bed covers had cigarette burns in the bedcovers. The room was wreaking with smoke. We left IMMEDIATELY!!!
Billed us twice on our credit card. The receipt of my stay doesn't even match the charges on my credit card bill. Your night manager could use some more training. The first room we were sent to and stayed in had no water running to the sink and the key card lock to the the door was not working. Bad experience at check-in. Not sure we will be back .
The office was difficult to find. You had to go over to The Quality Inn, which was crazy! The person at the desk was not very friendly at all! The rooms were okay but nothing to brag about. The tub wouldn’t drain well, so while showering, you stand in water.
I made a reservation for OYO, but had to check in at the Quality Inn next door. It was confusing. There should have been notification of this on the door of OYO's closed lobby. Otherwise the stay was good.
