While you may find it hard to leave this fantastic space, you’re just a short drive from local attractions: Club Harrington and Harrington Hotel are a mere minute drive away (500m). If you prefer a leisurely outing, the main street is only a 5-minute stroll from your doorstep, making it the perfect spot for a walk, some shopping, and a coffee break.

Upstairs, you'll find three spacious bedrooms featuring built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, providing comfort and convenience. The bedding configuration includes one queen bed, one double and two single beds, making it perfect for small families. To top it off, linen is provided, ensuring your stay is worry-free and relaxing.

The property is equipped with ceiling fans in the lounge room and ducted heating and cooling throughout, keeping you comfortable no matter the season. The bathroom includes a toilet and shower.

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the downstairs laundry, along with another separate toilet.

Parking is a breeze with a large carport that can easily accommodate two cars or a car and a boat.

The area is fully fenced, making it a haven for your furry friends (pets under 15kg are welcome). Please note, pets are not permitted inside the property.
