I asked to please clean the room while we were gone for the day. They said yes and when we got back 10 hours later the room wasn’t cleaned. I called and house keeping went home for the night. Josh at the front desk was amazing he came up to the room right away with towels. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks Josh!

Room is decorated more like a fancy, spacious dorm room or teenagerish. Overall clean, the linen are a bit dated. The pet peeve was the soap or shampoo dispensers. The breakfast was tasty, plenty of exercise and game options. Good for traveling with kids.

The hotel was amazing and very conveniently located to all the places we wanted to see. The only thing that was inconvenient was that there was only 1 working elevator at the time.

Nice place overall

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, but it was the room I reserved. We arrived very late at night and were given a single king bed instead of the two queen beds I reserved and paid for. Again, we arrived late so that's understandable. The biggest problem that we had was hearing the footsteps of whoever was in the room above us. The lobby was clean, bright, and inviting.

Lots of room for improvement for guests

One thing is the rooms were to small and no where to put clothes other than leave them in your suitcase. If staying more than a day. We stayed monday thru friday lived out of our suitcases. If sitting on the bed it hurt you legs and the mattresses constantly moved.

Ok so the place is fine but they're understaffed which left many things less than good. The pool had hair floating in it each day we were there 5 days. They were obviously struggling during breakfast to keep up and stuff was just ok. I believe they all the workers were doing their best but there wasn't enough of them.
