Great place except for pillows

Pillows are horrible...very lumpy and almost as if bothing was there...one felt like there was a softball shoved in it..probably wouldve been better laying your head on a rolled up towel...otherwise hotel was great

The carpets in hallways are extremely stained and have a smell. They have zero control over the dogs barking late hours and early morning. We had a room next to us that went out and they had several dogs in the room that bark numerous hours of the night then again early morning. The bed also was very loud almost sounded like a broken board when you would lay down. And no….. I am not a larger person so it was quite annoying while sleeping. The mattress was quite old.

Nice property only issue was tv didn't work properly. We changed batteries in the remote, that didn't work, then we went to front desk for another remote. That didn't work, staff came to our room to try to correct the issue - also not working properly. We could only watch 1 station. Very disappointing but only watched tv at night before bedtime

No hot tub

My only complaint is that I chose this hotel for the sole reason it had a hot tub. Get there and hot tub is closed. I feel Like an email giving us a heads up and an option to choose elsewhere could have happened. Other hotels do it.

Stay Here...Hands Down!

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, & my family travels a lot. This time was even with our dog for the 1st time & it was our return trip. The trip up in a pet-friendly hotel we suffered pee smell from the rug for weeks on a travel bag. This hotel is SUPER clean everywhere & has no rugs in the rooms. We did not get to try the breakfast (got in too late the night before). It is tastefully decorated, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet & the staff was friendly. We also didn't use the pool or the gym but I could see that they were clean & inviting.

Comfy stay

We needed to check in early and Chris (front desk staff) made it happen!! The room was comfy and very clean. We came back late from a concert at Hershey Stadium and the staff that was working welcomed us back and asked if we needed anything.
