The heater was very noisy and you could not run the fan separately. There was some mold in the shower caulk (not bad). There were no extra blankets and that was uncomfortable. Breakfast was just ok.

Very nice accommodations

Hotel was convenient off I-81. Room was very spacious offering king sized bed, which was comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very good for a hotel breakfast. Guests in adjacent room were very noisy but a call to the front desk resulted in an immediate response and the issue was promptly resolved.

Best bang for your buck

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was excellent (hot, lots of choices and good tasting). Hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will be back to stay here again. Gas station just outside the hotel door and some dining areas close.

A great deal of power and USB outlets did not work, the sink in the bathroom was very small and higher than expected. Not enough drawer space for our clothes or to hang up. The staff was awesome.

Great stay

Our stay was great. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The incidentals in the bathroom were good and plentiful. The indoor pool was an added plus as it was cold outside on our visit.

I booked asking for a hot tub. The hit tub broken. I was on the 1st floor had to go to the 3rd to get ice. The cleaning staff was supposed to come every 3 days Came in after the 1st day moved personally belongings. They messed with the temperature of the refrigerator freezing mu wife's insoline.
