Roaches came out of the smoke alarm.

Roaches came out the smoke detector. The stairwell smelled like human pee. There was trash lining the outside wall of the second floor. The carpet in our room was moist in the weirdest way. The piece of carpet by the front door smelled like human pee. The bed was clean and so was the bathroom. That’s why I gave it 3 stars bc the parts that mattered the most in the room were clean. Guy at the front was kind. I don’t know but it seems like people live there so it seems more run down than other days inn we’ve stayed at.

They have these flying insects all over the walls of the lobby hallway. We had a couple bugs crawling in our room. I needed a cheap room after being at Hersheypark, but this place is not up to par.

The rate was cheap but the hotel was obviously welfare oriented. Nobody bothered me and the room was clean enough, but the outside was very run down.

The room was not as advertised in photo, housekeeping was poor, the room smelled, no linen in room and there was no telephone in the room. I was charged the required rate when I checked in prior the seeing the room. Front desk was notified that I left a pair of pants there. They promised check on my loss, but I haven't from them yet. I HAD TO STAY ELSEWHERE even thought I CHARGED FOR THE ROOM.

The door did not lock when closed unless you used the deadbolt. You could literally push the door right open without the use of a key. Cobwebs on the walls, hair in the shower, mold covering the bottom on the shower curtain. The surrounding area and other guests felt very unsafe.

I had to change my room 3 TIMES because of how disgusting the rooms were and I was waiting for my 3rd room to be cleaned and I was waiting OVER AN HOUR and by that time it was 9:30PM! So I just decided to get another hotel. Worst experience I’ve ever had!!! 0/10

This property has gone to hell over the years. The first room I was out in had a wet piss spot on the bed, smelled bad, nothing was clean and as a former housekeeping manager the sheets in the bed were stained and yellow and the second room was no better with roaches and a strong piss odor upon entering the room. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND! Do not waste your time or money with this place. People were outside all hours of the night making noise and using drugs. Please don’t stay here.

Trash is everywhere including inside the room. After I got in, I found a bed bug scrawling on the bed. Also, smell of weed and tobacco was unbearable. I had to check out before the night end. I would not book or stay in this location.
