The rooms and bathroom is smaller than other holidays inn hotels i had stayed in. There was really no room in the bathroom for me to move freely. But everything else was good. The beds as always are comfortable which is what really matters. Why i cannot give a 5 star review is because both check in and check out were a little rude about me booking through third party and asking them to add my club member id to my reservation. And i got charged at the time of checking out a fee that the lady said its going back to my card, but why when i checked out?? Those things can affect someone’s overall experience..

The afternoon we checked in, the hotel elevator made a loud, strange noise to the degree that I was concerned about being trapped inside the elevator. The following morning, the elevator was out of order. We had to bring down our luggage from the fourth floor. The hotel employees seemed not to care about the broken elevator. The hotel building is old, although the room we stayed in was partially updated.

The location and the staff was excellent. Would stay there again. Only issue was that the last day the elevator broke down so it was difficult to take down the luggage for my family and a baby by stairs. But other than that it was great.

We stay 3 nights and the first day the elevator was not working in the morning we had to use the stairs which is ok with us but for our parents in their 80 was very difficult to go 3 floors Also there was a bad smell in the hallway this place needs a lot of updating it is old no working fan in the bathroom Breakfast was okay but not enough food on the weekend Stuff was polite and housekeeping was very nice and helpful I wouldn’t stay again at the place
