This is my new hotel of choice.

We had a fabulous stay. Friendly staff. Really great breakfast. Salt water pool at an awesome temp. Loved the rooms, felt like a little apartment. Even has a dishwasher!? Thanks for a lovely trip to PA. and everyone should be so proud of the thoughtful eco initiative taken at this facility. So impressive.

Clean, updated and great amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and definitely went above and beyond. The front desk coordinator helped me carry my groceries upstairs. So very kind and she definitely went above and beyond.

The parking was great. Easy access to the hotel. Staff was great. Although there was a lot of noise coming from the room next to me. Also, there was a immense amount of black hair everywhere in my room. Wasn't clean well from the last guest. Hair on the counters bathroom and bed area.

The hotel is great, brand new so everything is still in great condition. Our only complaint is the room was FREEZING the whole time. We kept adjusting the control on the wall to no avail and attempted to change the wall unit. The last morning we accidentally pushed a button on the wall unit and held it down and then the temp changed 😡 not sure why it had to be so difficult, and why there were no instructions. Also I scanned the QR code for hotel info and everything said "fill in the blank here"

They had to switch rooms for us due to maintenance issues. Since there were 6 of us, they gave us an additional room and reimbursed us for our stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely use Home 2 Suites for future stays. Thank you!!

We've stayed in many Home2 Suites and find this one in Harrisburg subpar. It seems like the contractor forgot the insulation everywhere. From toilets flushing above to "entertaining" sounds in the next room to whistling in the hallway. It was a very noisy stay. Also, the bedside sconce covers were on the floor, there was no TV remote and the thermostat batteries were dead.

Keys, please?!

I cannot rave about this hotel enough! From the friendly staff, the clean rooms, the nice pool/gym and the breakfast were all what was expected and more! I’m not sure if this is a new hotel or renovated however, the staff was excellent. We had a mishap with the only car key that we had and the maintenance man there went above and beyond to help us get a mobile locksmith! The front desk agent was kind enough to extend our checkout time, for a brief time until they were able to get us into our car, so my elderly aunt and mother and infant, did not have to sit outside in the sun and heat. The manager on duty was also very pleasant to speak with in regards to the hotel and staff. We will definitely be back if ever we are in the area.!!!
