Good stay at a reasonable price

The bed was very comfortable, my room and the rest of the hotel was clean as wellnas the outside area if the hotel. The check-in was smooth and the checkout was smooth as well.

All in all good experience. Family of 5 from Long Island ny. Hershey all day 7 hours… crashed her for the night before going back home Sunday… nice pool it was heated / warm … fire pit was a plus… staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room were clean. Lobby too. Parking was easy… nice restaurants and stores near by.

The staff at Indigo are great, most of my stars go to them. The hotel is mid at best, quite noisy at night, and a lot of kids running around screaming day and night. Dont come here if you’re looking for a peaceful stay. The person beside in the room beside us had their tv up so loud we could hear every word and booming bass. After multiple calls to front desk they finally handled it. Hate to be that person but we needed some sleep. The gym was good but the floor is so slippery I almost slipped and fell multiple times. Two single towels with none for the floor made showering tough for two adults with waist length hair. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but might stop by to say hi to the staff who are doing their best.

Pretty nice hotel. Good area not far from airport but they do want to charge $15 for what most others give for a free breakfast. The room smelled musty and the change filter light on the A/C unit was on,

The hotel seemed to out of things. They don’t have coffee in the lobby but did not have anything but decaf k-cups. The shampoo & conditioner in shower were empty like they weren’t checked.
