We booked a room with a king bed but were “upgraded” to a room with 2 doubles. This was not an upgrade for us since it was not what we wanted. They would not give us a king. There was no breakfast, the hotel’s website says there is a bag breakfast for a fee and hotels.com says they have a free bagged breakfast and show a picture of a breakfast. Lots of miscommunication or misrepresentation.

Well after i had paid for the room when i get there they want another 100 deposit and 12 for parking at the hotel i stayed at. Never had i been charged to park my vehicle i the place i stayed and i was not notified of this until i got there

There was a strange odor when we first arrived. I didn't understand why there is a parking fee when the hotel has it's own parking lot. There were splatter marks on the wall and lamp. A weird stain on the carpet.

I asked for extra pillows in the reservation. They were unable to give them to us; allegedly they do not have extras. I need them as an accomodation for my disability. There was also no elevator anywhere in the building. No second floor for wheelchair users, I guess. There was no breakfast available despite it being advertised online. I think this place is, como se dice, "janky."

this visit was disappointing to say the least. the area reeked of masked cigarette smell even though it claimed itself as “smoke-free”. the phone was disconnected, like fully from the wall which was rather insane to me. there was a missing mirror from the mirror frame in our room. the bathroom was adequately clean but aside from that, the rest of the room just screamed unclean, thank god we were only there for a night. additionally, the staff at the front desk was unprofessional and rude. they couldn’t seem to grasp what my friend was explaining to them. overall, the experience was just very negative and i absolutely would not return to hotel hanna.

The smoke detector was covered with a bag. Most of the TV channels were blocked. The shower head was wrapped with duck tape. The bed was very comfy but there wasnt enough outlets.

the room is disgusting, they say no smoking yet the rooms smell of cigarettes and when you complain they don’t care but have the audacity to take 100 dollars from you for security. Drug dealers bang on your door all night and fight and deal in the parking lot, i saw a staff member working wi the them. They are rude, try to tell you to remove the sheets and stuff like no that’s your job. The managers is even a terrible disrespectful person. who does not care about you or your satay he just wants your money. WORST hotel experience of my life

Dirty room creepy customer service

The room was very dirty.The customer service person was hitting on the women.Asking if they had a boyfriend or not, it was very creepy and unsettling.The sheets was dirty on the bed, even the walls were dirty.The tub had mold pictures below
