The King size beds are a nice height from the floor. I am only 4 foot 8 inches, and, in most hotels, I need something to step upon to get in bed. You have to watch the hot water. very hot. Yes, I would stay again.

Bed bugs in room 121

I stayed in room 121 I left on the 28th because they had Bedbugs my sister notified the front desk in the middle of the night. The man at the front desk couldn't give me a refund for the room he offered another one I left. I'm still waiting for my money back. They will be reported For some reason I can't upload the picture of the large beds bug on the pillow. It wasn't small and that says something

The location was great but our room was not so much. The bed was extra firm. Our family stayed on the 3rd floor and had more comfortable beds so we know it wasn’t the entire hotel. The air conditioning unit sounded like it had cicadas singing arrhythmically because the unit needed maintenance. The door to the room had a massive gap to the hallway and I had to use multiple towels to stuff in there, loosing one in the process to the hallway because of how large the gap was. The hotel was clean and the staff nice.

Was put on the 2nd floor on other side of hotel. There was no elevator, only a steep ramp to bring everything we brought. Bathroom was extremely small. Not much to choose from at breakfast. Definitely see whybit was the cheapest. Will not stay there again or recommend.

We wouldn’t book at this location, if possible I’d book somewhere else. The shower ceiling leaked (I have video proof). The end table next to the bed was sticky , the bathroom sink had black mold. Our shower curtain was installed backwards, making the liner they wash facing out. That felt very gross I had to fix it myself and we didn’t notice until using the shower. We called the front desk and asked for more trash bags to our room, we had to go get them ourselves they refused to bring them to the room. There was strands of hair on the pillow case and in the one bed in our room as well. This stay was absolutely not worth the price we paid.

Clean, staff was nice, pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Breakfast was not as good as we hoped. Limited options and would not pick this spot again if you were hoping to eat before you go.

Hotel room was nice hot tub was great. Breakfast was good. Young lady who took care of Breakfast bar was constantly refilling and cleaning the bar. Didn't use the pool (which this little fish wanted most) it was very cloudy and had a very strong chlorine smell. You could smell the chlorine as soon asyou entered the lobby.???
