Breakfast was okay. Service was excellent. Bed was excellent. Chair very uncomfortable. Room was not very clean. There was a safety pin and dirt behind the bathroom door. My bare feet got quite dirty from the room floor. Cannot keep much in the tiny refrigerator.

I could not be certain that the linens were clean- I am almost positive that the pillow cases had not been cleaned since the previous guest. The sink backed up to the point of nearly overflowing as soon as I used it. There were red splatter marks all over one wall. It was clear that cleanliness was not prioritized. Kids were running around in the halls at all hours of the evening. The gym was filthy. The ironing board was broken. Towels were too small and thin to use. This was a very small step up from a seedy motel.

The room size was very big, but the couches looked and felt dirty and soiled like they was old and never clean. There was crumbs and dirt mixed with confetti in the pullout bed, so we decided not to use. I had crumbs, dirt and something else on the top of our bed. There was hair in the hot tub so we didn’t bother to turn on after we saw the other stuff. The floor and everything in the room was super sticky even the chairs. The breakfast didn’t really include much microwave eggs, sausage and two cereals. The parking lot to the hotel and alley is very dark and when we arrived there were people outside in the alley someone rolling a j on the sidewalk and some random lady sitting outside. Oh and it was really dark in the room and hotel lobby more in the room. It needs more light. Little improvements like tossing the couches and cleaning the rooms properly would have made a world a difference. Almost like they were trying to do a reno, but forgot to focus on the cleanliness and lighting

Everyone was so friendly, the room was clean and well put together loved how there was lighting in the headboard for when eveone was sleeping and I wanted to read and I enjoyed how the pool was closed off and you could only use the room key to enter. Would definitely stay again!

I own a small motel and do not provide amenities for guests, however the comfort and cleanliness always surpass any need for the other. The location of our room, through a dirty hallway past the pool with dirty glass and the smell of chlorine set the tone. I had reserved back in November I believe, and this is the room we got, next to the door going in and out of the building. Port a cribs lined the hall way and the room smelled stale. There was a dead bug smeared on the bathroom wall and the water upon turning it on was brown. The paint job of the room, was sloppy and unprofessional. Floors seemed mediocre and the corners and along the edges were less than clean. The beds seemed comfortable but the fitted sheets didn’t stay on the bed and the refrigerator had some kind of slime on the top/ inside like ice cream that wasn’t cleaned. The entire building was hot and stifling Breakfast was rubber eggs and no fruit and nothing other than bread and muffins, no bagels or English muffins. It was just not a good experience for my trip to PA for a family wedding.

You can tell the hot tub is outdated. The room had some quick fixes that you can tell. It is a very older type of room however they had it very clean and they were very nice.
