After 2 days of no peace and quite all day the second after 8 hours of staff creating a lot of noise I finally went out and asked politely for them to leave the hallway so I did not have to hear them anymore. I am a combat Army Veteran 100% service connected and all the noise they were making for 2 days from 8am till 7or 8 pm on the 1 st day and the second day I finally went out at 6 pm and politely asked if they could leave because it was bothering me, I apologized to them many times every way I could. For the next hour they went from 50% to 100% and I packed and left because I understood that they were doing it purposely so I left never saying anything To anyone I just left very ignorant and rude after I explained I am getting freaked cuz of all the loud noise they make 12 hours outside my room and I asked to have quiet! They doubled there efforts so I left

We loved the service and room at this hotel. The actual driveway to get into the parking lot is a bit confusing (at least for my GPS), but once in the hotel, the room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfast had plentiful choices. The staff helped my elderly mother with her needs. The hot tub was clean and wonderfully relaxing after a long drive.

Clean room and attentive staff. My tv wasn’t working and I called the front desk. Within 5 minutes someone came and fixed the issue for me. The pool/hot tub and gym were nice add ons. For the price this was a great place to stay. The parking lot is huge and it’s easy to find parking

We were given a room we had to go outside to get to. 15 minutes after getting in the room, it filled with cigarette smoke which we are allergic to. Turns out the window had been left open and a guest was smoking right outside our window.
