I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. It was dirty, the doorknobs were broken, and there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke throughout. Even the beds appeared poorly maintained. This was far below the standard I expected." I left and asked for a refund. I do not recomend this place.

Rooms where so dirty beds had hairs. Bathroom mirrors where dirty and dusty. The hallways had a bad smell. The noise level is terrible.

This was the most awful hotel I’ve ever experienced in my life. The property was incredibly dirty. We were checked in and made our way through to the room. The hallways smelled bad and they were dark and dirty. Half of the doors were dented with paint chipping off. We tried to get into the room and the door would not open. The maid had to come over and help us but was unsure if she was even a maid because she had no uniform or name tag in that showed she worked at the facility. Once in the room, the ac was set at 60 and probably felt like 80. I looked under the sheets at the mattress (I always do when I stay at a hotel) and found bud bugs on the corner of the mattress. I called to the front office and let them know. They sent someone to look at it and they tried to tell me that there are no bed bugs even though they were clearly on the mattress. I asked to have our room changed and they said they had nothing else open. I told them that we wanted a refund and we were going to another hotel. They told me because I had already checked in that I was not going to be refunded we were there for a total of an hour) I called the corporate red roof inn number and they told me that in order to get a refund that they would have to open a case number and it could take more than 7 business days to even get an answer back about what they could do to about the situation. Not even a guaranteed refund. My husband and I immediately left and went to another hotel doen the street. TERRIBLE!

The pictures are not even close to what this place looks like. It was filthy, trash everywhere outside, some of the room windows were busted out, the dumpster was overflowing, people outside hanging out drinking and smoking. The stairs had smeared dog feces on it.

First time I ever left a hotel/motel that I booked without staying overnight. Dirty and felt unsafe. Despite being marked as smoke free room, the room had an extremely strong cigarette smell. The staff was fine (no complaints) and stated we would get refunded, although it is too soon to tell if I will actually receive refund.

The area itself seemed sketchy. I did like that they were kid and dog friendly. The room itself was clean but the ac barely worked and the towels were very old. The parking area could of used a bit of cleaning up. If you need towels or clean sheets they average a whole day to get it back to you. But they didn't include washcloths or pillowcases in the return. The beds were comfortable. There isnt much close by for food. A dollar store and dominos a couple mins down the road. Staff were friendly. Overall its not to bad i just didn't care for the area. Hopefully they get the ac going right and perhaps quicker with the linens. The ice machine was out of order during our stay too.

The bathroom left a lot to be desired, and while the room appeared to be refurbished recently, the bed had a gully in it and was very uncomfortable. There were crumbs on the floor and on the desk.

This deserves a negative review. We reserved it a month ago for an event we were attending. Got in at 1am and even at dark, the place is a dump. Chairs, desks scattered everywhere in the parking lot, sidewalk, broken glass in doors and windows, air conditioners half hanging out of the wall, trash cans overflowing and scattered about, people sitting outside smoking and walking around…. Looks NOTHING like the photos posted. I don’t know who posted 5 star good reviews over the last couple months, they are lies. Do not even bother with this place.

Unruly noisy clientele

clientele out front people were loud until after 11:30p and then they were early in the morning just talking right outside our door all morning we couldn’t sleep. People were just loud. The room had a terrible stale cigarette smoke type smell. Could use some upgrades.

WORST hotel stay EVER

WORST hotel stay EVER! Very run down and dirty. Entire building/room and hallways smelled like smoke even though it’s supposed to be a non-smoking facility. Ice machine was broken so there was NO ice on 90-degree days. Stains on the room floor, the bed linens had stains as well as shower floor. At the end of first night the light above the bathroom sink stopped coming on. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. Toilet seat broken. I would NEVER stay here again. Wish I had took pictures! Unbelievable. Pictures on the site have to be of another location.
