The booking price includes the use of a dedicated parking space, which provides additional comfort. Access to the communal laundry room is located near the covered parking spaces on the ground floor. Die Wohnung ist klein und gemütlich.Die Küche und Bad sind Standard. Besonders modern bzw. komfortabel konnte nicht festgestellt werden. Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht. Gemäß den Unterlagen vor Ort wurde der Mangel bereits im Januar angezeigt.Beworbene Terrasse ist ungemütlich, tlw. ungepflegt und lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Der Beschrieb mit Panoramablick auf den Strand und die Flensburger Förde ist falsch. Dieser beschriebene Blick ist absolut nicht gegeben. Man schaut ins Grüne, was okay ist aber nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Auf der großen Terrasse wären zwei Liegen oder ähnliches sehr angenehm. Die zum Appartement zugehörigen Stellplätze sind zu schmal. Bei Komplettbelegung ist der Einstieg in den PKW nur über den Kofferraum möglich.Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, bei der Beschreibung wird jedoch zu hoch gestapelt.
