I have been here since 7/22 due to knee surgery. I already did a review and received a response pertaining to a safety issue.i would have left that day of the issue however was still feeling down from surgery. Overall the place was good except for the issue of safety. I would have loved to get some discount or amenities for the remainder of my stay since i stayed another week and one day after a weeks stay. If they only knew what i went through to keep my wife quiet. I mean full blown Karen...This was my time of recovery...i do love giving reviews for i love reading them and this place had some pretty good ones...just had to keep it real

I was very comfortable in this hotel and had everything I needed. The bed was heavenly and I loved that the room was a little apartment. The airport access is phenomenal and the shuttle driver was delightful. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and the place just has a nice vibe. Will definitely stay again next time I fly into Bradley.

The Candlewood staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the beds and bedding comfortable and fresh. The shower works like a champ! The full kitchen is an added bonus! Large flat screen tv and fast internet! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Room fire alarm would turn on every 5 minutes. Unable to get manager or maintenance person. I har to book 2 more rooms in another hotel for a total $400 dollars. I am still trying to get money back from this reservation. Poor experience with expedia customer support. I had to drive myself and look x room availability different hotel that same night.

Great location by Bradley airport, but much jet noise. Very close to the 91, and in between Hartford and Springfield. A twenty minute drive from Six Flags. Excellent ice cream stand, Tail Winds, was within walking distance. The staff was rather stingy with clean towels.
