Do not stay here - it needs to be shut down!

We entered the lobby and were greeted by three big garbage bags and a smell right next to the elevator, as well as a roach crawling on the counter. As we checked in, hoping that was not a sign of the room status, we then were interrupted by a couple who complained about 11 health code violations in their room/hallway. We checked our room, again hopeful, and decided to check out after 20 minutes of a dog barking in the room next door and mysterious stains on the bed and floor.

Disgusting

It was absolutely disgusting carpets were all stained up towels and pillows were filthy the elevators were missing buttons and the 3rd floor elevator buttons were being held on the wall with tape. I was so surprised how poorly kept this facility was . Not to mention the front desk was run by Indians with terrible ancients and was so hard to understand . I would have rated this a ZERO but that wasn’t an option . I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one ever !

At the first the TV no work if i dont continue try fixed nothing work. The room have old booger on the wall. The breakfast no even good No sufficient. They put no smooke but the room smell so bad about weed and cigarettes.

I will never stay at a Comfort Inn ever again. They charged my card when I wanted to pay cash without asking. The fire alarm went off at 3am and being significantly hard of hearing I did not hear them. No room alarms went off or lights for hearing impaired to indicate an issue. No hot water for a shower and the food was cold and no covers for coffee.

The room was filthy, the building was in disrepair, the elevator panel on the third floor was held in place by painter’s paint and the buttons were not working properly. The staff was so rude and dismissive. We are a family of four. The room had two towels only. When we asked for more, they asked us why we need four? Our reservation is for four people. They told us we will have to wait until tomorrow because they had been very busy that day and they didn’t have more towels. I will not be back to any Comfort Inn.

Checked in was sent to 2nd floor room that smelled badly. Returned to Reception requested a clean room. Again 2nd floor key would not open door returned to Reception asked for someone to come up with me and open the door. Surprise that room had Bundles of Clothes in garbage bags and room smelled badly. Returned Reception where they gave key for 3rd floor. That floor did not have Bad Odors or signs of HOMELESS residents. I will not stay there again! I will also let my fellow Travel Agents and CLIA members know about that property.

This hotel needs to close for a massive renovation. The employees are nasty and lazy and make no effort to make people feel comfortable. The rooms are in complete disrepair with black mold in our bathroom. We took pics and will be sending them to Choice Hotels corporate for investigation. When we asked for the managers number they crumpled up the paper on the counter that had the number so we wouldn’t see it.
