Comfortable Weekend Stay

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at the Inn. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in process easy. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of options for a continental meal. The pool area was well-maintained, and our room was clean and comfortable. The Inn is ideally located near restaurants and shopping centers for dining and shopping convenience.

Overall the experience at this hotel was great. Comfortable bed spacious and clean rooms. Gave it 4 stars in cleanliness bc there was a stain on the shower curtain, looked like it was possibly mascara but it was there when we arrived.

Staff at check in and check out were very nice. Other guests,not so much, they were very loud all night and just judgy( we were in town for conneticon and the looks and laughs we recieved from guests were a little much) As for breakfast, coffee machine did not work, pancake machine did not work, and they only had a drop of almond milk and no more in back, also very crowded area to get what you need.

Waste of $650

Took 2 hours to get into room after driving 15 to get there. My sister and I came for my great grandfathers funeral. We had to move the car out to the road so they could paint the parking lot. Pool closed at 9 and it’s usually 10 or 11 at most places. House keeping was very loud the whole stay and I was constantly woken up by loud noises. Housekeeping then knocked on the door to tell us to check out at 10:30 when we were getting ready for the funeral. Last time I checked we had till 11. Then when leaving they were painting the entry way, and laying new tile.
