The woman at the front desk was very relatable to me and my travel partner, and even moved our room with no extra charge because she realized it was a smoking room.
I paid for a deluxe double. Told not available and was given a single room with a bed that squeaks and is noisy at every movement. The bathroom is yucky toilet broken and stained black in the bowl. Staff was rude. I had to wait 15 minutes before I could check only to be given a room that doesn't serve my family needs.
Bed was so uncomfortable . Someones nasty bar of soap was left in the shower. The cleaners just cleaned and I was not warned of wet floors and almost fell in the room with all my bags….
I lost money by reserving a room here. No refund given. Booked a nonsmoking room and they only had a smelly smoking room available. My wife didn’t feel safe, there were beds outside of the motel laying on the ground, trash. Hotels.com was not helpful in trying to give us a refund.

I had reserved a room with a minifridge but upon arrival, I was told that there weren't any available. I later found out that the motel is under renovation so all the fridges and microwave ovens had been removed. In general, my room was okay but it was never cleaned when i was there. I had to empty the trash myself and the floor could have used some mopping. The room didn't have any blankets or hangers available. There was only a bar of soap in the bathroom area; no shampoo, tissue paper or any other toiletries. In general, it was a very basic set-up. On the positive side, the location is great so I hope the renovation will address these issues.
I booked double bed for a two night stay with my 3 children, when I get to the location I check in at the receptionist desk, PAID for my stay and receive the keys to room, to my surprise when I get to the room their were only 1 bed, I went back down to the receptionist for her to tell me that’s the only room they have available. And I have to wait 7 business to receive my return payment. Shocker Is I won’t be getting back my full deposit because she had already check me in the room . I’m so upset because when she was checking me in I’m 100% certain she could have seen that I booked a double bed!!! My kids and was stranded

For the price I expected the room to be outdated and maybe some noise. This was my worst overnight stay experience. There were sketchy people hanging out all around the parking lot and standing in the doors to their rooms smoking. My room had cigarette burns in the bedding, floors and bathroom. There was a loud party going on in the room next door all night. I couldn’t even shower before I left because the room didn’t have any toiletries. When I told the woman at the front desk that I was leaving and not completing my staying she asked if I wanted to change rooms. No apology was offered. This place is a dump. Do not stay here.
