I'm not very picky person when it comes to staying hotels. But my room had not been cleaned very well since there was some money on the floor as well as an old cigarette butt. There's also lots of little bugs which may or may not be cockroaches in the bathroom. Not a place I'll be going back to.

BUGS IN ROOM

First they tried to put us in a room with 2 queen beds when we booked a king room. Then none of the remotes worked to the tv's in the room. They did get one to work. Then this morning when i got up there were BUGS in the room. I was able to kill one and have a picture and also put it in a plastic bag. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Also when we went to check out there was a person sleeping under a chair on the landing in main lobby to second floor. Even with the person was at the desk right below them. Not a sight you want to see.

I booked a room at the Roadway Inn in East Windsor, Connecticut for $70 a night only because my friends were staying there and I didn’t do enough research beforehand. I thought it would be cool to stay in a room with a Jacuzzi, but after seeing the condition of this place, there’s no dollar amount you could pay me to even go near that Jacuzzi. I’m honestly assuming unspeakable things have taken place there. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the room was a nightmare. There were bugs crawling around, the mattress was covered in large red-brown stains, and the floors were sticky. Half of the electronics—including lights—didn’t work. The AC didn’t work properly either, and the longer it ran the more it sounded like it was breaking down. The walls and ceiling tiles had holes in them, some literally stuffed with paper towels, and the bathroom area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in years. When I went down to complain, the front desk clerk was actually nice and immediately gave me a full refund. But the way it happened made it feel like this was routine — like it definitely wasn’t his first time hearing someone say the room was disgusting. This was hands down the dirtiest, most neglected hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. It felt unsafe and unhygienic—like a place no one should be staying overnight. If you’re considering this hotel, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else, even if it costs more.

I saw several cockroaches and was warned by "residents" about bedbugs. Just no. Staff were nice, but this place needs serious help.

Permanent Tenancy at a hotel is a bad idea… the cops were called at all hours of the night for rowdy behavior Mold in ceiling, floor and walls Filthy rugs Missing amenities Urine and smoke smell through most halls including some non smoking rooms Holes in doors and walls Broken and cracked windows The list can go on and on

I went cheap and got terrible!

This hotel may have last been cleaned in 1972. There are no smoking signs all over, every room door has a no smoking sign.....the second floor hallways smellled like there was a smoking party. Also note, not the hotels fault but the 2 gas stations nearest the property charged .50 cents more per fallon than a gas srati9n a mile away.

If I could give a 0 star I would. When my husband and I got to our room we found mold on the ceiling, curtains were disgusting and we had a broken window. We asked to change rooms and the gentleman at the front desk was polite, understanding. He gave us a new room, When we got to the other room the light was flickering, ants everywhere, the AC didn't work and loud. We grabbed our bags and went to a different hotel. We couldn't stay.
