Easy drive to either school, so book your weekends now! Located just minutes from downtown Hartwell, this cozy retreat offers a private boat slip, so bring your own boat or rent one from a nearby marina.

If football isn't your thing, there is a nearby farm meadery (honey winery) that specializes in artisan meads ranging from dry to sweet. They offer raw honey varietals, a tasting room with mead flights, a gift shop, and artisan cheeses & cured meats for snacking! Now that sounds like fun!
