Great place for a Paihia area stay. Clean and everything you need in the kitchen. Excellent view off the back deck. During our four day stay, we did and would recommend:1. Treaty Grounds. 2. Snorkel outing with Bay of Islands Snorkeling.3. Mountain bike ride at Waitangi Mountain Bike Park4. Water taxi to and hike around Urupukapuka Island.Didn’t hunt around a lot for food (ate in twice), but Phat House brewery had great beer and good burgers and pizza for two evening meals.

We loved our stay at the Paihia cottage. It was a great clean and central spot for us to do everything we wanted to do in the area. We definitely hope to be back soon!

This single level cottage was excellent. Ground level entry with parking right at the back door with an elevated view over the residential valley at the front. The deck at the front is about 2m by 8m wide and gets the sun all day. Full fridge, washer/dryer and the bed was comfortable.

Perfect Stay

Good central location for the places we wanted to visit. Perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day. Nice to have milk in the fridge to make a hot drink on arrival. Everything was perfect for us.
