The space is a condo with 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom, a full kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, fireplace and TV with Netflix. There is a total of 3 Queen-size beds and a pull-out couch in the living room.

If you have a baby/toddler, we can provide a high chair and playpen ON REQUEST. Send us a message to get more information.

You`ll have private access to the entire condo and shared access to the hot tub, coin laundry and outdoor common spaces.

We are always available by message and live nearby in case of emergency. We provide self check-in and give our guests their privacy.

The condo is located at Banff Boundary Lodge in the Hamelt of Harvie Heights. It is just minutes from the entrance to Banff National Park and less than 20 minutes from Downtown Banff. The condo is just 5-minutes from the Town of Canmore.

A vehicle is required for getting around and exploring Canmore, Kananaskis and Banff National Park. There are walking paths nearby.

The unit is non-smoking, any evidence of smoking in the unit will result in a $250 charge.

The property is about 250 feet from the highway. Most guests are not bothered by the noise and have no trouble sleeping. We`ve even had a guest tell us that they had their best sleep away from home ever in this condo. That being said, a few guests have mentioned that they were bothered by the sound of the highway and that it affected their sleep in some way. Please be aware of this if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise. Thank you and do let us know if you have any questions.

Late check-out will result in a $50 pre hour charge. Our awesome cleaners run a tight ship and will bill us for standing around.

Long-Stay Policy:
For reservations of 10 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This ensures the suite remains fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout your stay. The cleaning includes a full refresh of the unit and allows us to check that everything is in proper working order. Guest will be contacted during the booking process or shortly after booking to arrange a convenient time.

Any fines or noise violations that are incurred during your stay will be passed on to the guest to pay.

Best vacation!

We all needed a break from the ciy grind, and for some was a reminder of the beautiful mountain life! Best ever place, friendly people, stunning scenery, and overall a wonderful experience! We will be doing all we can to come back again soon!

Spectacular mountain scenery

Property is just off the Trans Canada highway on the edge of Canmore nearest Banff and is quite convenient to both. The Canmore farmer's market (Thursdays) was exceptional and the Canmore rec/sports center with pool and climbing facilities was first rate. Property is small, but remodeled and as pictured and had everything we needed. We appreciated the extra towels for the hot tub.

Great Stay in Canmore

Cute place to stay in the mountains! The beds were amazing, extremely comfortable mattresses. We were 6 adults who fit nicely in the space. Unit came with everything we needed. Tanya & Chris were very responsive to any questions we had. We'd definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.
