The house is well hidden with a beautiful large pine tree as well as many rhododendrons. Central Air is provided. Close to Cape Cod Rail Trail, several beaches 5-10 mintes drive or a 15-20 minute bike ride to many beaches both ocean, freshwater and pond. Enjoy cooking meals with your friends and family in a well equipped kitchen featuring new electric stove/double convection oven with an air fryer! Bosch dishwasher. All the pots and pans, silverware, coffee mugs etc… you need are provided.
Enjoy birdsong on the outdoor porch with table, chairs and barbecue grill. Perfect for a morning cup of your favorite beverage as well!
Enjoy shopping in quaint villages such as Chatham and Harwich center, Brookes Park, as well as a nearby vineyard and a lavender farm!
