Beautifully newly renovated spacious cottage. Less than 1.2 miles from Red River Beach, 3-4 minutes drive from popular Whychmere wedding beach club and Bank Street Beach. The house is situated in a central location, close to chatham and Cape Cod popular attraction. Perfect for family to recharge and relax. Family Wedding Stay

We had an amazing stay! The house was exactly what we were looking for when booking. The host was amazing and accommodating for our dates. Communication was easy and responsive. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Cozy and Beautiful Cape Stay!

My stay at Verdine’s house was amazing. The house is exceptional with a beautiful open space concept and decor. My group and I ( 7 total) were comfortable and had a lot of space. The location is perfect, close to downtown yet in a quiet and peaceful area. Sweet and attentive host! Anything you need the host thought of and has available! Would highly recommend!!!

Great getaway

We enjoyed returning to a place we called home for 20+ years. The kitchen space is wonderful as are the outdoor seating areas. We had fantastic weather until a heat wave rolled in and it was an uncomfortable couple of nights but it’s the Cape so we knew how fortunate we were.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful cottage in October for a wedding and recommend it without hesitation. The property is newly updated, comfortable and beautiful. The location can’t be beat. We actually even walked into town. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and the comfortable bedding. It would be a great location for a summer getaway with family as well. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We had a strange issue with the fire alarms one morning, and we were more than adequately compensated with a late check out for the inconvenience. Definitely put this rental at the top of your list for a relaxing and comfortable getaway! We hope to be back!
