An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code). The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us anything that they believe is not in compliance, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to confirm that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/one week: €5.
- T2 exit cleaning: €55.
