Good value

Good location, many eateries, easy to get grab or tuk tuk. The service staff is friendly and helpful. Room is super big, check in and out was simple and fast. I like the place and will stay again whenever visit Hai Yat

Place didn’t seem like it was properly cleaned. A lot of the rooms seemed a little run down and still dirty. Lady at the front seemed to be nice, friendly, and helpful for the duration we were there.
