Sea-Spray is a beautiful third-floor oceanfront condo with unobstructed ocean views and an array of amenities. This Durant Station condominium features a private oceanfront deck and direct beach access. Find all the comforts of home including a well-equipped kitchen, comfy furnishings, an oceanfront primary suite with a king bed, a private bath, deck access, and a satellite HDTV. Sea-Spray is a vacation winner!

The Durant Station Condominiums are located in Hatteras Village on Highway 12 and offer spectacular ocean views from every property. All condos have private oceanfront decks as well as sound side decks for viewing colorful sunsets. The elevator service to all levels makes Durant Station a most convenient choice for all ages - no need to haul luggage and groceries up long flights of stairs. Guests are just a few short steps to the ocean via a private wooden walkway. The Hatteras area offers some of the best fishing and sunbathing on the East Coast. At Durant Station, you'll enjoy a host of amenities including one of Hatteras Island's largest private pools with an adjacent hot tub.

The Durant Station Community Center is crowned by the original historic Durant Lifesaving Station tower, a rich piece of Hatteras Island's past. You'll find the Community Center ideal for relaxing with friends, conducting meetings, wedding parties, and receptions, or simply enjoying the lounge areas, which offer a 50-inch plasma TV, and a complete kitchen on the upper level. The Durant Station complex consists of three floors, which start about 12 feet above the ground. All units are tastefully furnished and fully equipped with linens to make your stay comfortable as well as memorable. This condo has central A/C, cable TV with HBO, and high-speed WiFi for your devices. Located on the first floor is a coin-operated laundry facility with its own ocean view. A large separate fish-cleaning station, shared grills, and outdoor shower facilities complete the picture.

Very spacious and comfortable. Views of the ocean and the sunsets over the sound can’t be beat. Only negative was the 3am dumpster truck coming to empty the dumpsters 3 times during the week. If you are in one of the sound side bedrooms it’s impossible not to hear it. Already booked for next year and can’t wait!!

Beautiful Oasis

Property was a dream! Fantastic ocean views 24/7, beautiful sunsets over the sound, fabulous stars at night - even saw the Milky Way. Easy walk to the beach and pool.
