We have stayed here in the past and all was ok. This time, elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. The shower was broken. Went down for breakfast and there was no food. Biggest reason we decided to come back was the free breakfast making it convenient.

When we arrived the elevator was broken and would not be fixed until after our stay. I asked for a lower floor room (as I am a single mother with a bad back) and was told there were none, instead the response was “are you staying here or not?”. People arriving after us, then got first and second floor rooms and I was told third and fourth floor were the only options. The stairwell smelt horrible (like something had died)!!! They no longer do the peanut butter/jelly bar in the evenings, we were told they’re “under new management”. The only protein for breakfast was unedible eggs, I didn’t even bother putting them on the plate. There was no bowls for cereal, no butter for toast, juice machine was down and no cream for coffee. We ate breakfast elsewhere. We were told they were rationing the food. To end our stay upon checkout we found a couple small roaches in the bedding. We have stayed at this property four previous times, with a great experience, but this was our last time, obviously.

The elevators were broke at check in staff told us it would be 15 to 20 minutes for someone to come fix, ended up having to carry 4 suitcases up the stairs to the 4th floor, part of the door latch lock in our room was missing in our room, parts of the floor were sticky in our room, went to eat breakfast the following morning in lobby, elevator is still out of order had to walk up and down stairs several times for breakfast amd bringing down suitcases. Dont recommend staying at this location.

We loved our stay, but the information they gave us with our key card was incorrect. The hours were wrong for the pool and it said they had a PB&J bar in the evening. My husband and daughter were very disappointed there was no PB&J.

The room looked nothing like the pictures on expedia. Dont stay here based on the pictures. The beds were very small and uncomfortable. The carpet was stained and dirty. The bathroom was also dirty. We were very uncomfortable and did not enjoy our time here

Clean room with comfortable beds. After going to have dinner, we had to park behind the hotel and walk totally around the building to enter the main doors as the hotel has no back entrance. I walk with a cane so this wasn't ideal for me.
