Tornado haven

The night we arrived, we had been rained on almost constantly, hailed on a couple of times, and the closer we got, we were having to dodge tornados. When we finally got there we were tired and hungry. The hotels computers were down but thankfully the staff had pre-made our room keys. The bed was kinda firm for me, but I didn't have any problem getting to sleep. The next morning I was looking forward to a 3 egg omelet that was advertised in the room menu. To make a long story short....I was not impressed with the omelet, lets just say I could have done better from my wheelchair. Other than that, the stay was grand. Oh...what restaurant doesn't have American cheese available...?

Double Tree is a nice hotel to visit.

The experience was good. At first the host at the front desk was a little rude and showed no concern to help us at first. Every answer was quick and uncaring. The front desk host after her were very sweet

Strangely satisfied

The only problem I had was at check-in. The room we were assigned had someone already residing in it. We were assigned a new room, but that was weird and a first for me. Overall, it was in a good location and clean.
