The room was clean and nice. I hate one side of the shower was glued so if wanted to step in after turning the water on my hair would be wet if I'm not washing my hair. Staff wasn't too friendly upon entering like they didn't greet you. The maintenance did come fix the AC in the room and they were pretty nice about it. Overall it was an ok experience.

This was a great hotel. Staff was great, it was very clean, everything was updated. The only complaint we had was the lighting. It was so bright and white, we felt like you could perform surgery anywhere in the hotel. It’s very hard to enjoy a relaxing drink under these type of lights at the bar.

Overbooked hotel so when I went to check in with a reservation that I had had for MONTHS, I was told that I did not have a room. They paid for a room for me at the Wingate that was SO SO dismal and dirty!!!!! It was awful. When we were able to get back to the doubletree, it was still a sold out hotel - with one working elevator for ALL staff and guests - and could only hold 4 at a time. The breakfast is EXORBITANTLY priced and they could not keep up with demand so there was very little food available
