Sweet young lady at the front desk!

I had a little mix-up with my reservation (totally my fault)! The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I was on the verge of a mental breakdown due to a series of unfortunate events. She was so helpful and so very sweet. After we got everything settled we went to our room. I had my teenage daughter and her friend with me. They wanted to get a drink from the vending machine. I thought they were going to the one on our floor but they ended up going to the front desk without telling me because the vending machine would not take the cash. When they returned to the room, the phone rang. It was the sweet young lady at the front desk, making sure my girls made it back to the room safely. My daughter plays travel ball so we travel a lot and I have never had the front desk check on us! I didn't get her name but I hope she knows she is amazing!

Stay was great, services need to be more attended in common check in lounge & breakfast area after used. Are breakfast at 8am some table & seating area not wiped or small trash removed when checked out at 11am to keep this an 8 rating. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Great stay.

The hotel was very clean. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. The bathrooms were spotless with all the necessities. We will definately come back if were on this route again.

Great option just needs a serious deep cleaning. There was floss in the trash and a bottle of what looked like bath and body works by the table that had spider webs on it. The fabric chairs had lots of stains and the shower was dirty, especially the floor. The base boards were caked with dust. Regular staff will not have time to deep clean like this place needs. They need to have a team come in. The staff makes you feel at home. The hot breakfast alone is worth the stay. The beds make for a devine sleep. I would stay again but be sure to bring your cleaning supplies.

I love going to LaQuinta to get away but it’s not as kept as it usually is- head board has tears in it- clear none sweeping behind the desk and bed- needs more painting- it’s still nice, just needs minor maintenance

The bed was nice and comfortable. Good dog stations. Good amenities. First room had worn and filthy furniture. Moved to another room. Shower looked awful. Stained and moldy. Didn’t use. Toothpaste spattered on wall and mirror frame. Bathroom lights were rusty and looked like they could fall off the wall ( in both rooms). Yes, reasonable dog fee but …..
