Upstairs are 4 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and living room. Access from foyer are the curved staircase closest to front entrance for second floor. Split plan for bedrooms upstairs so one can be used as a master bedroom upstairs as well. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Tranquil surroundings. Host was very welcoming. She has a very lovely home. I was a little nervous staying there when I found out she lives at the house but she only came by to check on her old cat that stays in the shop off of the garage. There is a nice porch off the back of the house by the pool. It was a little bit too cold to swim even though it was in November in the south. I would definitely recommend the place.

It was beautiful. But strange handoff of property. I’ve rented several Vrbo’s and there’s never been an owner that has stayed on site for over an hour after our arrival time. It was extremely uncomfortable.
