Two ski lifts and three downhill runs (blue, red, and black) take you directly to the town. These runs are part of Schladming's famous 4-Berge ski slopes, where you can ski endlessly. Die Wohnungen in dem Objekt werden als Luxus Apartments angepriesen und vermietet. Das ist schlicht und einfach falsch. Die Wohnungen sind „nett“ und passend eingerichtet, aber kein Luxus. Die Küche ist nicht vollständig ausgestattet, die Couch ist unbequem, die Betten komplett durchgelegen, die Sauna niemals für 2 Personen geeignet. Für „Luxus“ fehlt es an allen Enden.
Dazu kommt, dass der Betreiber keinen Wert mehr auf Sauberkeit legt (s. Bilder). Die Spinnenweben auf dem Balkon sind vielleicht noch vertretbar, die in der Wohnung aber auf keinen Fall. Das Kochfeld sah so bei Betreten der Wohnung aus (fragen uns ja, ob überhaupt eine Reinigung durchgeführt wurde). Die Gläser im Bad sind nur noch widerlich.
Einen Betten- oder Handtuchservice gibt ebenfalls nicht. Wir haben für 2 Personen 5 kleine und 1 großes Handtuch bekommen. Bei 12 Nächten. Es gibt im Untergeschoss eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner – für alle Apartments. Auch hier scherrt sich das Personal nicht um die Sauberkeit und kontrolliert zwischendurch mal die Geräte. Wir haben an einem Nachmittag festgestellt, dass die Waschmaschine ausgelaufen ist und dort überall Wasser auf dem Boden war. Nach einer Nachricht an die o.g. Nummer haben wir am nächsten Abend eine Rückmeldung bekommen, dass man sich das mal anschauen wird. Katastrophe.
