Small residence located at the bottom of the resort, off the main avenue, close to the Carrets chairlifts and ESF meetings. Sports shops and mini-market nearby.
4-room apartment with mezzanine cabin, located on the 2nd floor of the residence without lift (1/2 floor to go up + 1/2 floor outside to go down), south-facing with 2 south-facing balconies and individual garage (L. 4.90m; W. 2.50m; H.2.10m) in the building across the street.
The apartment has a living room with an open-plan fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a cabin with bunk beds (2x80cm) (NB: the top bunk bed is not suitable for children under 6), a bathroom, a shower room and two separate WCs. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a mezzanine with a double sofa bed (140cm).
AUTUMN 2023: The apartment is currently being renovated, all photos are not contractual.
