The hotel is in horrible condition. No hot water, the safer is not working and there is water infiltration. Monday evening was raining heavily in Havana so hotel and room were full of water. It was literary a swimming pull. Of course, our life was at risk with a hotel full of water. I will not recommend the hotel your life could be at risk.

Distance from Airport was very misleading. Showed 0.7km prior to booking and then stated 8.7km after booking. Was not able to check in due to distance being to far from Airport. Hotel refused to refund on the day of booking and the day of stay. Not recommending to anyone as a point of principle.

Me gustó la zona en la que está ubicado . Muy tranquilo y cerca del aeropuerto . El hotel tiene muchas carencias . En el baño faltan portacepillos de dientes . Porta papeles higiénicos . Los pisos de las habitaciones tienen baldosas rotas . Algunos baños no tienen agua . Mucha falta de mantenimiento

Las habitaciones son muy sencillas, de buen espacio , las camas son de buena calidad, el desayuno no es tan completo ya que por ejemplo no existían cosas dulces para tostadas . La ubicación, buena pero en un lugar con dasiado tránsito , muy ruidoso

• The Hotel was NOT as close as advertised and found on google maps. • The staff at the reception were NOT welcoming. (Smiling doesn't hurt) • The breakfast was NOT professional! They weren't prepared, so they had no coffee, and one of the pastries had a HAIR in it!! • The "warning: hot! shower in the morning was NOT even close to warm It is not worth the money!...
