The Staff of the motel hardly spoke English at all and refused to accept the expedia prepayment as they say they never end up getting paid by Expedia. If I wanted to stay I had to pay them again, I refused and booked another motel down the street. Despite this, Expedia refused to refund my money and basically threw the whole thing back in my lap. I will never use Expedia again nor stay at this place in Havana. Instead, dear traveler, book the RED LION Motel in Havana, much better place, great staff and not much more money.

A solid place to stay when you just want a clean, quiet room. Everything was well maintained, It felt safe and relaxed, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay again

Scary

Booked with Expedia who said hotel acknowledged reservation but at check in, said no reservation. Front desk has no computer. Expedia tried calling multiple times but call was disconnected. Given room and resolved in AM. Room door didn't lock. Bed stiff. Shower scorching hot. Cleanliness very questionable. Recommend driving 30 miles to another hotel.

Made reservation for queen, it was confirmed, went to the hotel they said they only had singles. They refused to cancel the credit card charge
