Dear Daniel, we appreciate your suggestions and they will be taken into account to improve our services. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the cash payment in our restaurant because in Cuba in most private restaurants there are no legal or technological ways for customers to make use of credit cards. In addition, our price range is between 4 usd and 15 usd. Rest assured that we will work to improve our services so we hope to have you with us on your next visit to the island, greetings.

Along with a restaurant, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Free breakfast is served daily, and guests can also enjoy a free nightly manager's reception. Public spaces have free WiFi. A rooftop terrace, tour or ticket assistance, and multilingual staff are also featured at Loft Habana. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) is available for a fee. A complete renovation of Loft Habana was completed in August 2020. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 4-star Havana guest house.
Self parking (surcharge)
Loft Habana offers 12 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features minibars and complimentary dressing gowns. Rooms open to balconies. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Business-friendly amenities include desks and safes. Bathrooms include a shower with a rainfall showerhead, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered on a daily basis. Amenities available on request include in-room massages. Rollaway/extra beds (surcharge) are also available.
