Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
High end hotel for Havelock, no wifi in the rooms, wake up call at 0810 (not pre booked) for breakfast. Pasta salad at Dinner wasnt pasta salad but pasta with vegetables in white sauce with cheese. Air con switched off at certain times, reception staff not welcoming. Kitchen staff/ front of house very good. Cleanliness excellent.
