Home in Havelock at Taruna Lodge

Taruna Lodge is located on the grounds of the beautiful Taruna College.
Perched just below Te Mata Peak, with views of Havelock North and the wider Hawkes Bay.
Ideally located for groups who may be visiting our local wineries; enjoying concerts or festivals; sports teams or work colleagues.
There are seven single bedrooms located off the deck, each with individual access making this the perfect place for groups who are traveling together, providing private personal space for each guest. There is a common area that includes a large kitchen, dining and lounge. Two separate bathrooms are also located off the deck.
There are fruit trees in the garden for you to enjoy.
All rooms house single beds only. For those who require, a double pull out couch could be supplied in the lounge area.
Please note that Taruna has a strict alcohol, drug and smoke free policy. If you are not wanting to honour this policy, please find alternative accommodation.

Liked: Cleanliness
Great for singles traveling together in a group who require their own room. Beautiful location with expansive views on both sides. Very clean and close to town and the Te Mata Peak lookout and cafe.Note; steep driveway with parking next to steep edge. Ignore sign that says first left and takes you down a steep! private driveway. Go a few more mtres and there it is.
