Setting, location and view was as per website, Clean and tidy on arrival. However - moved sofa to view tv & it was obvious this had not be moved for cleaning (granted it was a heavy sofabed). Nice accommodation and close to Havelock North & Hastings. The downfall was the WIFI (stated free wifi in cottages), even high speed!, in the Lavender cottage we did not have access to this, discussion with Restaurant Staff (x3 times - first night), yes we could use WIFI if we went outside closer to one of the other cottages. Disappointing as we had an American visitor staying - it was her birthday and unable to communicate with family back home unless outside - eventually found a spot that worked by the kitchen bench but low signal and dropping out. Hence neutral review.
