Greenbank is a deceptively spacious bungalow in the coastal village of Dale just yards from its shingle beach. Its elevated position ensures stunning views over the Milford Haven waterway and out to sea.3 steps lead up into this comfortable holiday home, with the hallway taking you through to a very spacious open plan living area with dining table and large sitting room, all with glorious views over the bay. Floor to ceiling glass windows with sliding doors combined with high ceilings ensure a light and airy feel, the patio doors open to a split-level paved terrace running along the front of the house, the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, while you soak up the glorious sea view. The large, fitted kitchen with its Aga is a welcoming, well equipped space, with breakfast table, ideal for preparing family meals. The hallway leads down to 3 bedrooms and a family shower room, 2 of the bedrooms offer views over the waterway and the master double has an ensuite bathroom, as well as comfortable armchair where you can curl up with a good book or just soak up the view watching the boats coming and going and the sun sparkling on the water.In addition to the front terrace, is an enclosed paved terrace to the rear, a real sheltered sun trap where you can dine alfresco. Perfectly situated with the shingle beach just yards away, spend your days messing around on the water, this sheltered harbour at the entrance to the Milford Haven waterway is ideal for sailors, kayakers, water sport enthusiasts and divers, there is even a hire shop for equipment, children will love crabbing off the pontoon. There is a popular pub serving excellent food, The Griffin, as well as the restaurant in the Yacht Club and The Boathouse cafe, all seasonal, within walking distance, take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal path to explore this beautiful area on foot with its mixture of fabulous beaches including West Dale, Marloes and Musslewick and rugged cliffs around St Anns Head.
