The front desk overnite staff was unhelpful- coffee is 24/7.. we went down for some.. staff said she hasnt made any yet. Our fridge was cooling- reported it to be told they dont have anyone to fix it.. couldnt the switch it out? The hotel was busy.... Elevator floor was dirty and remained dirty from friday afternoon to sometime saturday..

The room didn’t have any body lotion or hair conditioner. There wasn’t an alarm clock or clock. The spare bedding/blanket and pillow smelled horrendous, and the top of the table had greasy smears on it. There was face soap, but no hand soap. The towels were rough And not completely white. There was no digital key as promised for Hilton Honors members.
