Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and loft with a second living area, there is plenty of space for family, friends and pets. Off-street carpark, private, fenced yard. Just a short walk (or bike ride) away from some of the area's best attractions, including surf beach (200m), Jimmys Beach (800m), The Benchmark Hotel (100m), cafes (500m), golf club (700m), and shops (500m). The living area opens onto a covered deck, with BBQ, which is perfect for outdoor entertaining and taking in the beautiful surroundings. A laundry has washing machine and dryer. Bikes and some water sport equipment supplied.
