Walk across the road to the magic Summer Bay of Hawks Nest" waterfront with golden sands to relax and enjoy some sunshine. Boat ramp, fish cleaning station and a children's park located only a few paces form the property.
This 4-bedroom townhouse has been beautifully designed taking full advantage of the great position Mariner's Mark has to offer.
